Acceptance of Terms. By using https://losdoscarnaleswestchester.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Service Description. This Site describes Roof Cleaning, Driveway Cleaning, Sidewalk Cleaning, Gutter Cleaning, Trash Bin Cleaning, Exterior Car Detailing, Parking Lot Cleaning provided by Los Dos Carnales. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
Ownership. Los Dos Carnales (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.
Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.
As-Is Basis. https://losdoscarnaleswestchester.com is provided on an "as is" basis. Los Dos Carnales makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Los Dos Carnales's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Los Dos Carnales harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.
Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by PA law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in PA for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
